Lincoln (Swiss type)
 
 

Every cheese producer region in the world has its own variety, a cheese identifying and representing it. The Lincoln cheese of Estancia La Suerte was born as a combination of experience in the elaboration of good cheese and the unique qualities of the local raw material : the milk carrying the flavor and the mystic of the humid Pampa.

Elaborated according to an original and exclusive recipe based on the Swiss type, the Lincoln cheese aims at becoming a cheese with Name of Origin, ambassador of its land in the whole world.

Maturity:
It is a semi-hard cheese, whose maturity takes between 4 to 6 months.
